Hi and welcome. I’m glad you’re here and hope you decide to jump in and join us each Wednesday for the Writing Sprint and Link Up.

I’m a writer & storyteller and enjoy weaving words together into tapestries of stories both real and imagined. Most of the time, my blog is reflective and encouraging. But I’ve dedicated Wednesdays to my creative writing and stories. Each week I share a Writing Sprint prompt and invite other creative writers to join me in the joy of writing for the sake of writing.

The Writing Sprint prompt appears at the end of each post and provides an opportunity for you to freewrite for 15 to 30 minutes without the so-called help of your inner critic. No overthinking. No stopping. No editing. No worries. Daily writing exercises help writers grow, improve and free their writing. And a writing community can help encourage us in our creative pursuits – poetry, short fiction, novels, scriptwriting or plays. Whatever your genre, whatever your pursuit, I hope you’ll find encouragement and community here.

The only rule is that you must encourage at least one other writer who’s included their link in the link up by leaving a comment for them on their blog. That’s it. Other than, free yourself from your doubts, your fears and your inner critic and have some writing fun with us!

To link your blog to the Wednesday Link Up:

Look for this little blue frog at the end of each Writing Sprint post :

Once you click the link, it will guide you through the process of linking your blog to mine.

{oh, and a quick p.s. If you’re joining the link up, please grab the Writing Sprint logo below and include it on your blog post, along with a link back to this page. Thanks!}

Hope to read you there each Wednesday!
